long time no type

hey guys, victoria here. sorry about my slackness with the blog. its been a really busy year. tomorrow i start my last ever (assuming i pass everything) term at jazz school. for those of you that dont know, im third year performance major on double bass. its been going pretty good so far, getting good marks for everything. got heaps of assignments and a few exams coming up, my final assessment is nov20 and after that hour long performance il be all done... not sure what im doing next year yet, whether il stay in chch or go with one of my more exciting (sounding at least) options of moving overseas. been doing a bit of playing with my bands recently. got back this morning from methven, we played at the rock's world record attempt most people in a snowboard race thing at mt hutt and the after party that night. haha.. even though i realised that playing on mt hutt would be cold i kinda didnt make the connection that even though we were playing on the balcony of the building that wed be walking through snow heaps to unload and load all the gear... good thing i dont have waterproof shoes, needless to say i have a killer cold today. but last weekend was cool, my swing/covers band thing played at a 20s gangster themed dinner theatre/ball thing in queenstown. the photo was taken that weekend by the photographer.. hence the posing with the actors' guns. im off to nelson on fri and playing at a fundraiser for canteen on sunday cos the trumpet player for my band (who should be in the photo but couldnt make it last weekend) is organising it, she has leukemia but is doing real well now. also church is going real well, so between that, jazz school and bands i pretty much fill up all my time. sweet.. so in the future il try and post more often, and less when i do post haha. hope youre all doing well. whats everyone up to?

The Email mum (Chris) sent but some people never recevied
